I think nowadays in the current food climate that we're in it's easy to assume that everyone already has this invisible starter-pack of knowledge on where to eat and purchase gluten-free food. Some of us are lucky that, in some geographical locations, this type of knowledge and food is extremely readily available and mainstream. But, we have to remind ourselves that it's not that way for everyone.
