Born out of my love of food (some cooking, mostly eating), an insatiable curiosity, and a passion for writing and meeting new people, u, me, gluten free! was created.
Food porn? Yes, I've got lots of it! I'll also provide a behind-the-scenes look into the passionate and inspiring minds responsible for your favorite restaurant or grocery item. This blog is not designed to be aspirational where every article boasts a feast on a tropical island...except there was that one time I went to Bali- more on that coming soon!... or an overwhelmingly healthy recipe that drains your entire bank account. Rather, this blog is meant to be an inclusive go-to destination with simple, realistic recipes and content that is meant to open your world up to all the amazing GF options that are out there.
I solemnly swear over the best GF biscotti I've had that this blog will deliver consistently high quality content with a creative edge. It will be fresh, simplified, fun, easy to digest (pun intended), and hopefully you learn a little something along the way. At the core of all this, u, me, gluten-free! is a space where everyone is encouraged to interact and bond over their shared love of delicious food.
